Staff will be wearing PPE during treatments including gloves, aprons, masks and visors which will be changed or sanitised for each client.
Clients will be asked to arrive at the salon wearing a face mask, and for the duration of the treatment (except for treatments where the mask will need to be removed). We will provide one if required.
All clients will be required to use the sanitising station in reception on arrival. There will be sanitiser in every work area and room for therapists and clients to use.
Staff will monitor the amount of people in the salon at one time, ensuring social distancing is possible at all times. We ask all clients to arrive to their appointments alone, and only at the time specified.
Prior to your appointment you will be emailed a Covid consultation form to fill in before you visit the salon. As repetitive as they can be, they are necessary to help keep us all safe!
All areas of the salon will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each treatment. Time will be allocated after each client to ensure this is possible.
Touch points will be regularly cleaned during the day and after each use.
We are asking clients to avoid using cash as much as possible. Payments can be made via card machine, bank transfer or through the salon booking app (Fresha).
Track and Trace
We are required as a business to use the NHS track and trace QR scan system. This means you will need to download on your phone the NHS Covid 19 app, this will allow you to "check in" at our salon. You will then be notified if you have been exposed to anyone with the Covid 19 virus.
Please be assured that our staff and client safety is of the upmost importance to us. The following safety measures have been put in place to keep us all safe.
It is a new experience for us all but hopefully we can make it the new norm, and know that nothing will compromise the high standard of treatment we have always provided.
